EM QUE CONSISTE O WORKSHOP?

Dois fins de semana para descobrir mais sobre:

  • Diferença entre psicologia ocidental e abordagem espiritual oriental.
  • A importância de um ponto de referência para estudar pessoas, lugares, coisas, tempos e eventos. A posição do observador.
  • O mundo das vibrações, ondas e frequências e como o nosso cérebro trabalha com eles (algum impacto da física quântica e das descobertas da neurociência).
  • As dimensões da consciência, o movimento do Chi no cérebro.
  • O espírito, a alma, a personalidade e o corpo.
  • O sopro da vida entre o céu e a terra.
  • O Shen e os 5 espíritos.
  • Aspectos típicos de cada espírito e sua área de ressonância no nosso corpo.
  • Aspectos constitucionais de Shen, Hun, Yi, Po e Zhi e suas relações com o coração, fígado, baço, pulmões e rins.
  • Aspectos condicionais destes 5 espíritos: físico, sensorial, emocional, mental e atitudes.
  • A influência das atitudes nas células do corpo e na saúde.
  • Como mudar atitudes.
  • As funções de vontade e atenção.

 

Para se inscrever deve ter noções dos 5 elementos, yin / yang e Chi.

  • Promover o crescimento pessoal.
  • Diferenciar a perspectiva de vida.
  • Compreender a energia na psicologia (como funciona no ponto de vista energético).
  • Conexão com os aspectos quotidianos – entender-se melhor.
  • Melhor compreensão sobre consciência, Chi e Consciência.
  • Como o chi funciona no cérebro.

 

O Workshop será dado em inglês (com tradução para português) e presencialmente em Lisboa.

WHAT IS THIS WORKSHOP ABOUT?

Two weekends to discover more about:

  • Difference between western psychology and eastern spiritual approach.

  • The importance of a reference point to study people,places,things,times and events.The position of the observer.

  • The world of vibrations,waves and frequencies and how our brain works with them(some impact from quantum physics and neuroscience discoveries).

  • The dimensions of consciousness,the Chi movement in the brain.

  • The spirit,the soul, the personality and the body.

  • The breath of life between Heaven and Earth.

  • The Shen and the 5 spirits.

  • Typical aspects of each ¨spirit¨ and its resonance area in our body.

  • Constitutional aspects of Shen,Hun,Yi,Po and Zhi and their relationships with the Heart,Liver,Spleen,Lungs and Kidneys.

  • Conditional aspects of these 5 spirits: physical,sensorial,emotional,mental and attitudes.

  • The influence of attitudes on bodycells and health.

  • How to change attitudes.

  • The functions of Will and Attention

 

The atendees must have notions of 5 elements, yin/yang, Chi.

 

Goals:

  • Understanding of personality.

  • Promote personal growth.

  • Diferentt life perspective.

  • Understanding the energy in psychology (how does it work on the point of view of energy).

  • Connection with day to day aspects – understand yourself better.

  • Better understanding about conciencia, Chi e consciência.

  • How the chi works in the brain.

 

The workshop will be taugh in english (with portuguese translation) in Lisbon.
